Car Parking Near Millenium Stadium Cardiff The area around the Millenium Stadium is pedestrianised for two hours before and one hour after matches. Illegally parked vehicles are removed. There are numerous park and ride schemes with parking in Cardiff a little way away from the stadium. On matchdays, the normal route to the stadium from England is via the M5 and M4 over the Severn Crossing. You should leave the M4 at Junction 29, following designated parking signs to "park & ride" sites for your team. Buses will then take you to within ten minutes walk of the stadium. Reasonable parking on match days is available in Sophia Gardens, a five to ten minute walk from the stadium. There are also numerous NCP car parks in Cardiff city centre. Map of Millenium Stadium
